AIMS OF EXCEL SOCCER ACADEMY HOUSE PROGRAM
The aim of the Excel Soccer Academy House program is to create an environment that allows players to develop and grow in a serious atmosphere.
ESA players will be in a top-notch, proven training environment. They will compete in top leagues and tournaments in the state and around the country. The House will also provide international trips for training, competing and professional opportunities.
The House players will have exposure to college coaches through showcase events and a player identification program that has a proven record. More than 40 players in three years have gone to college on scholarship from this program!

WHAT IS THE EXCEL SOCCER ACADEMY HOUSE PROGRAM?
Most of the older athletes in our competitive program known as “The House,” have been training with Coach Stryker Aguilar and the Excel Soccer Academy staff since they were young. This program is designed to build on the foundation of technical skills and introduce the mental, physical and tactical aspects of soccer. These four main characteristics are delivered in the right amount and at the right stage in each players development.
In this program plans are put together so that each player reaches his/her optimal performance level at the end of their soccer education.

EXCEL SOCCER ACADEMY HOUSE PROGRAM INCLUDES BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS DIVISIONS, AGES U11 to U19.
ESA teams are active in ASA tournaments throughout Arizona, college showcases in the southwest, regional and national leagues around the country and most recently competed against and trained with some of the best clubs in Barcelona, Spain.
ESA routinely wins tournament championships and continues to put players into college on scholarships with more than 40 players in the last three years!
Through hard work, dedication, a true training philosophy, style of play and commitment to each individual, ESA has set itself apart from all other youth soccer programs.
