AIMS OF EXCEL SOCCER ACADEMY FARM PROGRAM
The aim of the Excel Soccer Academy Farm program is to create an environment that allows players to have fun while learning the fundamentals of soccer. Our focus is on individual technical development in a fun and safe environment.
The ESA Farm program is a great chance for new and experienced players to enjoy a proven approach to soccer with skilled coaches, structured practices and weekend games at one location.
The program is a low-pressure environment where individual technical development is the main focus. It will give your player confidence and set them up for an exiting future in soccer!

WHAT IS THE EXCEL SOCCER ACADEMY FARM PROGRAM?
The Farm is an exciting program based on what’s best for the players. The player’s individual skill development and enjoyment is at the heart of this program.
All players get qualified, experienced, competent training from Farm Director Manny DeLaRosa and his assistants. They get practices throughout the year with small-sided games during the fall and spring seasons.
ESA's Farm program offers an affordable, low-pressure environment with less travel and time commitment, but still phenomenal training with a set curriculum for players to prepare for the future, enjoy the sport, stay fit and have a lot of fun.
The Farm program consists of three sessions, fall outdoor, spring outdoor and summer futsal for young athletes 5-9 years old. This program is designed to give players the technical tools to be successful on the soccer field and at higher levels. Creativity, skills and fun are always encouraged!
Depending on age, the players might play 3v3 and 5v5 to maximize touches and enjoyment. They will also play 4v4 and 7v7 for a full spectrum of player development. This will be done in relation to the USSF small-sided rules and regulations for future development.

EXCEL SOCCER ACADEMY FARM PROGRAM INCLUDES BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS DIVISIONS, AGES U6 to U10.
Excel Soccer Academy teams are active in ASA tournaments throughout Arizona, college showcases in the southwest, regional and national leagues around the country and most recently competed against and trained with some of the best clubs in Barcelona, Spain.
ESA routinely wins tournament championships and continues to put players into college on scholarships with more than 40 players in the last three years!
Through hard work, dedication, a true training philosophy, style of play and commitment to each individual, ESA has set itself apart from all other youth soccer programs.
